Ingredients:

  • Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Flaxseed - 5 g (0.5 tbsp)
  • Almond - 10 g
  • Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Blueberry - 100 g
  • Almond paste - 20 g
  • Steel cut oats - 100 g

How to make:

  1. It is recommended to soak steel cut oats overnight for faster cooking. In the morning rinse and pour in fresh water. Add flaxseeds, add water and bring to a boil
  2. Add almond paste, salt, vanilla and cook until steel cut oats are ready
  3. Put oatmeal in a deep bowl and garnish with banana , almonds and berries
