Ingredients:

  • Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Almond flour - 35 g (0.3 cup)
  • Almond butter - 22 g
  • Berries - 60 g
  • Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Avocado oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Egg, large - 57 g (1 pcs)
  • Paleo baking powder - 2.5 g (0.5 tsp)

How to make:

  1. Separate the egg whites and whisk them until they form a soft peak. In a separate bowl whisk together the egg yolks, mashed banana, almond flour and baking powder
  2. Gently fold the whisked egg whites into the banana mixture until combined
  3. Preheat a skillet, grease with a thin layer of oil. Fry pancakes on both sides
  4. Serve the pancakes sprinkled with berries and with almond butter added
