Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Tomato - 50 g
  • Soy sauce - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 g
  • Bell pepper - 50 g
  • Chicken fillet - 150 g
  • Whole grain spaghetti - 60 g

How to make:

  1. Boil the spaghetti al dente
  2. Simmer the vegetables and chicken fillet in a skillet with oil
  3. Add the spaghetti and soy sauce (optional) to the vegetables, mix and let stand with the lid on for a couple of minutes
  4. Serve hot, sprinkle with grated cheese
