Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Tomato - 50 g
- Soy sauce - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Parmesan cheese - 30 g
- Bell pepper - 50 g
- Chicken fillet - 150 g
- Whole grain spaghetti - 60 g
How to make:
- Boil the spaghetti al dente
- Simmer the vegetables and chicken fillet in a skillet with oil
- Add the spaghetti and soy sauce (optional) to the vegetables, mix and let stand with the lid on for a couple of minutes
- Serve hot, sprinkle with grated cheese
