Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 45 ml (3 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Pesto sauce - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Garlic powder - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
How to make:
- Cut chicken into bite sized chunks. Add olive oil to a medium heat pan and add the chicken. Cook for 10-15 min until cooked
- Once chicken is cooked serve with a pesto sauce on top
