Ingredients:
- Egg - 50 g (1 pcs)
- Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Baking powder - 2 g (0.5 tsp)
- Whole-wheat flour - 65 g (0.5 cup)
- Flaxseed - 10 g (1 tbsp)
- Cauliflower - 100 g (1 cup)
- Rolled oats - 100 g (1.2 cup)
- Green onion - 30 g (3 pcs)
- Cottage cheese 5% - 100 g (0.5 cup)
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 374°F
- In a blender, grind flaxseed, oatmeal into a powder, mix with whole-wheat flour, baking powder, salt
- Chop finely cauliflower, add cottage cheese, green onions, eggs and mix. Then add dry ingredients and mix everything together
- Put this mixture with a spoon in the baking tins and leave to bake for 25-30 minutes
