Ingredients:

  • Egg - 50 g (1 pcs)
  • Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Baking powder - 2 g (0.5 tsp)
  • Whole-wheat flour - 65 g (0.5 cup)
  • Flaxseed - 10 g (1 tbsp)
  • Cauliflower - 100 g (1 cup)
  • Rolled oats - 100 g (1.2 cup)
  • Green onion - 30 g (3 pcs)
  • Cottage cheese 5% - 100 g (0.5 cup)

How to make:

  1. Preheat the oven to 374°F
  2. In a blender, grind flaxseed, oatmeal into a powder, mix with whole-wheat flour, baking powder, salt
  3. Chop finely cauliflower, add cottage cheese, green onions, eggs and mix. Then add dry ingredients and mix everything together
  4. Put this mixture with a spoon in the baking tins and leave to bake for 25-30 minutes
