Ingredients:
- Raspberry - 150 g
- Hazelnut - 10 g
- Soy milk - 150 ml (0.6 cup)
- Peach - 100 g
- Pumpkin seeds - 15 g (1.5 tbsp)
- Steel cut oats - 60 g
How to make:
- Soak steel cut oats overnight or for 20-30 minutes, then boil. Combine peach and raspberries in a blender and process until smooth. Add soy milk and blend. Pour the resulting mixture over the cooked oatmeal
- Add hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds
