Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 45 ml (3 tbsp)
- Hazelnut - 20 g (14 pcs)
- Lime juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Apple cider vinegar - 25 ml (1.5 tbsp)
- Tofu - 80 g
- Red cabbage - 347 g
How to make:
- Shred the red cabbage and put aside in a bowl
- In a separate bowl combine the dressing ingredients with a pinch of sea salt and some freshly ground black pepper
- Pour the dressing over the salad and combine well
- Roughly chop the hazelnuts and scatter over the salad. Serve the salad with tofu sausages
