Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 45 ml (3 tbsp)
  • Hazelnut - 20 g (14 pcs)
  • Lime juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Apple cider vinegar - 25 ml (1.5 tbsp)
  • Tofu - 80 g
  • Red cabbage - 347 g

How to make:

  1. Shred the red cabbage and put aside in a bowl
  2. In a separate bowl combine the dressing ingredients with a pinch of sea salt and some freshly ground black pepper
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and combine well
  4. Roughly chop the hazelnuts and scatter over the salad. Serve the salad with tofu sausages
