Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Carrot - 50 g
  • Bell pepper - 50 g
  • Broccoli - 100 g
  • Rice - 50 g
  • Chicken thigh fillet - 200 g

How to make:

  1. Boil the rice, add 1 tsp of oil
  2. Preheat the remaining oil, simmer the chopped vegetables and chicken meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  3. Put the rice on a plate, top with the vegetables and meat
