Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
- Onion - 50 g
- Tomato - 100 g
- Carrot - 50 g
- Mussel, cooked - 250 g
- Brown rice - 50 g
How to make:
- In a skillet or saucepan with a thick bottom, preheat the oil, simmer the finely chopped onion and carrot
- Add the washed rice and add water (about 130 ml). Cook with the lid on for about 10 minutes
- Add the mussels to the rice, mix well and cook for another 10 minutes until the rice is ready
- Sprinkle with herbs
- Serve with vegetables
