- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Rye bread - 40 g
- Tomato - 140 g (1 whole)
- Mozarella - 100 g
- Basil leaves, fresh - 1 g (2 leaves)
How to make:
- Slice the tomatoes and the mozzarella, arrange on a plate and scatter over the basil leaves and drizzle over the olive oil
- Toast the rye bread and serve with the tomato and mozzarella salad
