Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Rye bread - 40 g
  • Tomato - 140 g (1 whole)
  • Mozarella - 100 g
  • Basil leaves, fresh - 1 g (2 leaves)

How to make:

  1. Slice the tomatoes and the mozzarella, arrange on a plate and scatter over the basil leaves and drizzle over the olive oil
  2. Toast the rye bread and serve with the tomato and mozzarella salad
