Ingredients:

  • Cherry tomato - 70 g (5 pcs)
  • Cucumber - 150 g
  • Cheddar cheese - 45 g
  • Pine nut - 35 g
  • Kale - 50 g
  • Avocado oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Bacon - 75 g

How to make:

  1. Cut cheese in cubes
  2. Cut bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until done, approximately 10 minutes
  3. Mix together cheese, bacon, tomatoes, cucumber and cabbage, add oil. Sprinkle with nuts
