Ingredients:
- Red onion - 30 g (0.3 whole)
- Spinach - 40 g
- Balsamic vinegar - 30 g (2 tbsp)
- Almond - 30 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Blue cheese - 70 g
How to make:
- Place bacon in a pan without oil (it will cook in its own fat). Cook 2-3 minutes on each side over the medium heat until cooked through. Chop the bacon
- Crumble blue cheese, cut the onion into thin rings and slightly press down with the knife — onion will be less bitter and spicy
- Wash spinach and place it in a bowl. Add onion rings, cheese crumbles, bacon, and roughly chopped almonds. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar
