Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Tomato - 135 g
- Parmesan cheese - 60 g
- Walnut - 35 g
- Mustard - 5 g (1 tsp)
- Lettuce - 50 g
- Bacon - 100 g
How to make:
- Put the bacon in a non-stick frying pan and cook for 10-15 minutes until crispy
- Meanwhile, crush the walnuts. Shred the parmesan and set aside
- Mix lettuce with mustard and olive oil
- Remove the crispy bacon from the pan, let it cool, then cut into cubes
