Ingredients:

  • Olives - 50 g
  • Balsamic vinegar - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Cucumber - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Pine nut - 10 g
  • Avocado - 40 g
  • Avocado oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Pumpkin seeds - 15 g (1.5 tbsp)
  • Feta cheese - 30 g
  • Mixed salad greens - 50 g
  • Parmesan 40% - 20 g

How to make:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients, season with balsamic vinegar, mixed with avocado oil, sprinkle with parmesan, pine nuts and pumpkin seeds
