- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Cucumber - 130 g
- Parmesan cheese - 35 g
- Walnut - 40 g
- Mustard - 5 g (1 tsp)

How to make:
- Mix chopped cucumber with lettuce, chopped ham and nuts. Season with sauce (olive oil + mustard) and grated parmesan
