Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Apple - 125 g
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Broccoli - 90 g (1 cup)
  • Salmon fillet - 110 g
  • Sweet potato, cubes - 130 g
  • Bell pepper, sliced - 150 g (1 cup)

How to make:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Cover salmon an vegetables in olive oil, salt, and pepper
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon and veggies are fully cooked
  4. Serve apple on the side
