Ingredients:
- Cherry tomato - 150 g (9 pcs)
- Parmesan cheese - 40 g
- Salmon fillet - 150 g
- Wholemeal pita bread - 35 g
- Romaine lettuce - 125 g (2 cup)
- Caesar dressing, reduced fat - 30 g (2 tbsp)
How to make:
- Cook salmon under a medium-high grill until the internal temperature is 145 F, or bake the salmon at 415 F for 10-12 minutes
- Arrange the lettuce on a serving plate, halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the plate, and top with shaved parmesan and the salmon. Drizzle caesar dressing on top and serve
