Ingredients:

  • Cherry tomato - 150 g (9 pcs)
  • Parmesan cheese - 40 g
  • Salmon fillet - 150 g
  • Wholemeal pita bread - 35 g
  • Romaine lettuce - 125 g (2 cup)
  • Caesar dressing, reduced fat - 30 g (2 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Cook salmon under a medium-high grill until the internal temperature is 145 F, or bake the salmon at 415 F for 10-12 minutes
  2. Arrange the lettuce on a serving plate, halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the plate, and top with shaved parmesan and the salmon. Drizzle caesar dressing on top and serve
