Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Broccoli florets - 90 g
  • Brown rice, cooked - 196 g (1 cup)
  • Orange - 184 g
  • Salmon fillet - 85 g

How to make:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. On a cooking sheet add salmon and broccoli and oil
  2. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with the cooked rice
