Ingredients:

  • Paprika, smoked - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Chickpeas, canned - 170 g (0.7 cup)
  • Cucumber - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Tomato - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Lime zest - 0.3 g (1 pinch)

How to make:

  1. Boil chickpeas. If you are using canned chickpeas, drain and rinse them with water. Mix spices with salt
  2. Put a pan over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté chickpeas for several minutes
  3. Then put chickpeas onto a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Season with a spice blend, add a pinch of salt. Sprinkle with lime zest and mix everything together. Eat with chopped vegetables
