Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Zucchini - 100 g
- Onion - 30 g
- Bell pepper - 70 g
- Broccoli - 80 g
- Bacon - 100 g
How to make:
- Chop onion. Sauté in oil and cover pan with a lid. Cut all other vegetables into small pieces. Add them to the onion and cook for 5-7 minutes
- Add cubed bacon. Cook all together for an additional 2-3 minutes. If desired - add any favorite spices, season with salt
