Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Zucchini - 100 g
  • Onion - 30 g
  • Bell pepper - 70 g
  • Broccoli - 80 g
  • Bacon - 100 g

How to make:

  1. Chop onion. Sauté in oil and cover pan with a lid. Cut all other vegetables into small pieces. Add them to the onion and cook for 5-7 minutes
  2. Add cubed bacon. Cook all together for an additional 2-3 minutes. If desired - add any favorite spices, season with salt
