Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 whole)
  • Parsley - 5 g
  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Cheddar cheese - 55 g
  • Bell pepper - 50 g
  • Turkey, ground - 80 g

How to make:

  1. In a medium frying pan, use the half of oil to brown the turkey meat. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well and finish cooking the meat
  2. While the meat is cooking, heat the other half of the oil in a separate skillet and cook peppers for 2 min
  3. Whisk the eggs together and pour into the pan. Scramble until desired doneness. Scoop the mixture onto a plate or bowl and top with cheese and parsley
