Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 whole)
- Parsley - 5 g
- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Cheddar cheese - 55 g
- Bell pepper - 50 g
- Turkey, ground - 80 g
How to make:
- In a medium frying pan, use the half of oil to brown the turkey meat. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well and finish cooking the meat
- While the meat is cooking, heat the other half of the oil in a separate skillet and cook peppers for 2 min
- Whisk the eggs together and pour into the pan. Scramble until desired doneness. Scoop the mixture onto a plate or bowl and top with cheese and parsley
