Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Cheddar cheese - 65 g
- Mixed herbs - 50 g
- Cauliflower - 120 g
- Egg yolk - 60 g (3 pcs)
How to make:
- Whisk the eggs, pour into the hot oiled skillet
- Divide cauliflower in florets, cook al dente for approx. 5-7 min
- When ready, top cauliflower with cheddar cheese and garnish scrambled eggs with mixed herbs
