  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Cheddar cheese - 65 g
  • Mixed herbs - 50 g
  • Cauliflower - 120 g
  • Egg yolk - 60 g (3 pcs)

How to make:

  1. Whisk the eggs, pour into the hot oiled skillet
  2. Divide cauliflower in florets, cook al dente for approx. 5-7 min
  3. When ready, top cauliflower with cheddar cheese and garnish scrambled eggs with mixed herbs
