Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
- Garlic clove - 3 g (1 pcs)
- Coriander - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Soy sauce - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Carrot - 50 g (0.5 whole)
- Bell pepper - 100 g (0.5 whole)
- Greens - 15 g (0.5 cup)
- Soy meat, dry - 125 g
How to make:
- Pour hot water over soy meat and let it swell for 20-30 minutes. Check the readiness of the meat by cutting it, there should not be a dry part inside. While the soy meat is swelling, prepare the vegetables
- Peel carrot and onion, remove seeds from bell pepper. Cut the carrot and bell pepper into strips. Finely chop the onion. Squeeze out all the water from the soy meat
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion, carrot and bell pepper and fry for 3-5 minutes. Then add 3-4 tbsp. of water and pieces of soy meat. Season with salt, spices and soy sauce to taste
- Stew all together for about 10-15 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. If the liquid has evaporated, add more water
- Add greens when serving
