Ingredients:
- Egg - 150 g (3 pcs)
- Parsley - 5 g (1 tbsp)
- Olive oil - 2 ml (0.5 tsp)
- Onion - 20 g
- Apple - 50 g
- Potato - 120 g
- Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
- Tomato - 130 g (1 whole)
- Orange - 100 g
How to make:
- Peel the potato and cut into cubes, then boil in salted water for 10 minutes, or until cooked
- Finely chop the onion and fry them in a skillet until transluscent
- Add the potatoes and cook for a few minutes longer. Then add the minced garlic and whisked eggs
- Cover the skillet and cook for around 10 minutes on a low heat, or until set
- Put the tortilla on a plate with some sliced tomatoes and sprinkle over the finely chopped parsley and olive oil
- Cut fruits into cubes and serve in a bowl for dessert
