Ingredients:

  • Egg - 150 g (3 pcs)
  • Parsley - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Olive oil - 2 ml (0.5 tsp)
  • Onion - 20 g
  • Apple - 50 g
  • Potato - 120 g
  • Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Tomato - 130 g (1 whole)
  • Orange - 100 g

How to make:

  1. Peel the potato and cut into cubes, then boil in salted water for 10 minutes, or until cooked
  2. Finely chop the onion and fry them in a skillet until transluscent
  3. Add the potatoes and cook for a few minutes longer. Then add the minced garlic and whisked eggs
  4. Cover the skillet and cook for around 10 minutes on a low heat, or until set
  5. Put the tortilla on a plate with some sliced tomatoes and sprinkle over the finely chopped parsley and olive oil
  6. Cut fruits into cubes and serve in a bowl for dessert
