  • Spinach - 15 g
  • Water - 120 ml (0.5 cup)
  • Apple - 200 g
  • Peanut butter - 30 g (2 tbsp)
  • Berries - 75 g (0.5 cup)
  • Banana, frozen - 130 g (1 whole)
  • Greek yogurt, non-fat - 123 g

How to make:
