Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 whole)
- Spinach - 60 g
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Butter - 5 g (1 tsp)
- Rolled oats - 40 g
- Mixed nuts - 15 g
- Champignon mushroom - 100 g
How to make:
- Preheat the oil in a skillet
- Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices
- Wash the spinach
- Simmer the mushrooms and spinach in oil for 3–5 minutes
- Beat the eggs with a fork, adding 1 tbsp of water. Pour the eggs onto the mushrooms and spinach
- Cook the eggs over medium heat, stirring with a spatula until the egg is completely set
- Cook the oatmeal in water, add the butter and mix, sprinkle with nuts
