Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 15 ml
- Whole-wheat bread - 30 g
- Carrot - 85 g
- Broccoli - 90 g
- Strip steak - 85 g
How to make:
- Pat the steak dry with a paper towel and add salt
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and then add the steak. Cook the steak for 3-6 minutes on each side depending on how you like your steak cooked
- Add carrots and broccoli to a microwave safe-bowl and add 3-4 tbsp of water. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a plate and microwave for 3-4 minutes
- Serve the steak and vegetables together
