Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Arugula - 20 g (1 cup)
  • Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Squid - 150 g (1 pcs)
  • Rice noodles - 50 g (0.3 cup)

How to make:

  1. Cut tomato and onions, add them to the pan with olive oil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add chopped squid and stew for 1-2 minutes more
  2. Pour rice noodles with hot water, leave under closed lid for 5-7 minutes
  3. Put vegetables on the cooked noodles, sprinkle with herbs
