Ingredients:

  • Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Sesame seeds - 5 g (0.5 tbsp)
  • Soy yogurt - 50 ml (0.2 cup)
  • Coconut flakes - 5 g (0.5 tbsp)
  • Chickpeas - 60 g (0.3 cup)

How to make:

  1. Boil chickpeas or use canned chickpeas (with no added sugar and salt)
  2. Mash banana with a fork or puree in a blender. Add banana, sesame seeds, coconut flakes to the chickpeas. Stir and serve with unsweetened soy yogurt
