- Quinoa - 110 g
- Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
- Sunflower seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
- Blueberry - 50 g (0.3 cup)
- Soy milk - 150 ml (0.6 cup)
- Pumpkin seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
How to make:
