Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Cucumber - 100 g
- Tomato - 100 g
- Chicken breast, cooked - 150 g
- Avocado - 60 g
- Wholegrain bread - 50 g
- Cod liver - 25 g
How to make:
- Divide the bread into 2 slices
- Butter 1 slice of the bread, and place the cooked chicken fillet on top
- Spread the cod liver on the 2nd slice of bread
- Slice the vegetables. Cut the avocado into slices
- Serve the toast with the vegetables and avocado
