Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Sesame seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
- Apple cider vinegar - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Tofu - 325 g
- Rocket - 120 g (6 cup)
- Asparagus - 325 g (22 pcs)
How to make:
- Steam the asparagus and cut each spear into smaller pieces
- Cut the tofu into cubes
- Mix the olive oil and apple cider vinegar
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and serve
