Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Sesame seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
  • Apple cider vinegar - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Tofu - 325 g
  • Rocket - 120 g (6 cup)
  • Asparagus - 325 g (22 pcs)

How to make:

  1. Steam the asparagus and cut each spear into smaller pieces
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes
  3. Mix the olive oil and apple cider vinegar
  4. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and serve
