Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Tofu, firm - 460 g
- Soy sauce - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Green bell pepper - 210 g (1.5 whole)
- Red bell pepper - 210 g (1.5 whole)
- Green cabbage - 240 g
How to make:
- Slice the peppers into strips
- Shred the cabbage
- Cut the tofu into bite sized pieces
- Heat the soy sauce and olive oil with a splash of water in a frying pan and fry the peppers and cabbage for 5 minutes, then add the tofu and fry for a further 2 minutes
- Add salt and pepper to taste
