Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Tofu, firm - 460 g
  • Soy sauce - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Green bell pepper - 210 g (1.5 whole)
  • Red bell pepper - 210 g (1.5 whole)
  • Green cabbage - 240 g

How to make:

  1. Slice the peppers into strips
  2. Shred the cabbage
  3. Cut the tofu into bite sized pieces
  4. Heat the soy sauce and olive oil with a splash of water in a frying pan and fry the peppers and cabbage for 5 minutes, then add the tofu and fry for a further 2 minutes
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
