Ingredients:

  • Red onion - 30 g (0.5 whole)
  • Spinach - 30 g (1 cup)
  • Banana - 125 g
  • Tomato - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Mixed spice - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Whole-wheat toast - 120 g (3 slice)
  • Tofu - 100 g (0.4 cup)
  • Pineapple - 100 g

How to make:

  1. Dice onion, spinach, and tomato, mix with spices, stew in a pan
  2. Add soft tofu to the cooked vegetables. Stew all together for about 2-3 minutes
  3. Put tomatoes on whole-wheat toast. Serve with tofu omelet
