Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Onion - 70 g (1 whole)
- Soy sauce - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Corn - 30 g
- Tofu - 150 g
- Black pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Garlic powder - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Oyster mushroom - 200 g
- Dill - 5 g (1 tbsp)
How to make:
- Slice tofu into 2 thin “steaks”. Season tofu with freshly ground black pepper. Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Put the tofu and cook over medium heat until golden brown, for about 2 minutes. Flip over and cook until the other side is golden brown
- Finely chop onion, stew for 1-2 minutes, add washed and chopped mushrooms, simmer together for about 10 minutes, so that all the mushroom liquid evaporates. Season with spices to taste
- Serve mushrooms with the tofu, sprinkle with greens and corn
