Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Tomato - 150 g
- Soy sauce - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Carrot - 50 g (0.5 whole)
- Rice noodles - 20 g
- Green onion - 10 g
- Ginger - 3 g (1 tsp)
- Red lentils - 30 g
How to make:
- Soak lentils for 20-30 minutes, rinse and boil in clean water
- While the lentils are boiling, peel onion, and carrot
- Heat a dry frying pan, put chopped onion and carrot there, cover the pan and stew for about 5 minutes. Then add spices to taste, spread out chopped tomatoes. Add soy sauce and stew for 2-3 minutes
- Add stewed vegetables to the lentils with vegetables, add noodles and cook together a couple of minutes. When serving, sprinkle with greens
