- Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Cucumber - 100 g (1 whole)
- Walnut - 25 g
- Avocado - 70 g
- Pesto sauce - 20 g (1 tbsp)
- Lettuce - 50 g
- Tuna, canned in olive oil - 115 g
How to make:
- Cut cucumber and avocado
- Mix chopped cucumber, avocado, lettuce and tuna
- Sprinkle with nuts and lemon juice. Season with pesto sauce
