Ingredients:

  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Cucumber - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Walnut - 25 g
  • Avocado - 70 g
  • Pesto sauce - 20 g (1 tbsp)
  • Lettuce - 50 g
  • Tuna, canned in olive oil - 115 g

How to make:

  1. Cut cucumber and avocado
  2. Mix chopped cucumber, avocado, lettuce and tuna
  3. Sprinkle with nuts and lemon juice. Season with pesto sauce
