Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Cream cheese - 90 g
  • Arugula - 20 g
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Tuna, canned - 200 g
  • Chili - 1 g (0.25 tsp)
  • Spring onion - 20 g

How to make:

  1. Hard boil the eggs and then cut them in half
  2. Remove the yolks, mix yolks with tuna, smash with a fork, add finely chopped spring onions and spices
  3. Stuff egg halved with the mixture. Serve with arugula
