Ingredients:
- Spinach - 100 g
- Butter - 30 g (2 tbsp)
- Lemon juice - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
- Peanut butter - 20 g (1 tbsp)
- Broccoli - 100 g
- Turkey, ground - 155 g
How to make:
- Heat up oil in the skillet and sauté spinach. Once cooked, add the turkey thighs
- Cook all together for 2-3 minutes, add minced broccoli, pour tahini over it, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until broccoli is al-dente
- Pour peanut butter over broccoli. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve
